Camping

We camped for Memorial Day weekend outside of Wellsboro. Lots of fun was had by all - we hiked, had brunch on a train, rented a paddle boat. Erich got dirtier than Pig Pen.

Lots of pictures on flickr.

Erich's Field Trip

I was a chaperone on Erich's Field Trip to the Academy of Natural Sciences (aka The Dinosaur Museum). The teacher arranged a number of fun activities - Fur, Feathers and Scales (we got to meet a fox, duck and a turtle), a Visit to Outside-In (we met a guineau pig and a legless lizard) and the Butterfly Pavillion.

Here's Erich's class:

The rest of the pictures are on flickr.

Mother's Day 2009

Here's the start. Yum! Made my Bob (I don't know how much help he actually got from the boys.)

I got cards and home-made presents from the boys but the best was their Lego tribute.

Pictures from our annual Mother's Day outing to Fort Mott are on Flickr.

Half Baked

Kurt and Erich's school had a Family Night Fundraiser last Friday and I volunteered to bake.
Here's one example of the excellent ideas Melissa gave me to astound and amaze the attendees.

Kurt's Compassionate Creature

This came home from school - I'm not sure what to think.

Kurt says it's a giant, mutant, rainbow cow with a long pink tail and Kurt's head.
